Our Corporate Compliance Program

Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc. has in place a Corporate Compliance Program that helps ensure that the healthcare services provided to our clients and contractors are done so in an honest and ethical manner. The purpose of this program is to maintain & enhance the quality of care; detect and correct payment and billing mistakes; resolve payment discrepancies and detect inaccurate billing; impose systemic checks and balances to prevent future recurrences; educate staff on fraud & abuse and appropriate reporting. Requirements Imposed by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 mandate we supply you with information on Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc.'s Corporate Compliance Program and Federal and State law for preventing and detecting healthcare related fraud, waste and abuse.

Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc.'s policy is to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and our mission to provide professional, high quality healthcare services that are affordable and accessible to the clients and contractors we serve. Stafkings Healthcare Systems, Inc. employees and contractors shall not knowingly and willfully make or cause to be made any false statement or representation of material fact in any claim or application for benefits under any federal health care program. Examples of prohibited conduct include billing for services that were not performed. Falsifying time and or days spent with client. Falsifying signatures whether it is the employee's or clients.
